This website does not collect personal data: there are no forms, no accounts and no analytics tracking visitors. Contact happens on WhatsApp, only when you choose to write.

What data this website processes
None, through its pages. The website has no contact forms, does not ask you to register and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
As with any website, the hosting service logs some technical data about visits, such as the IP address, the date and time, and the page requested. This data is used only to run and protect the website, never to identify or profile you.
Contact on WhatsApp
The “Ask the price on WhatsApp” buttons open WhatsApp with a message already written, containing only the dates and the number of guests you chose. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself.
What you write, together with your phone number, is used to reply to your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange your stay. It is not passed on to anyone and is not used to send you advertising. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes data under its own privacy policy.
Where the website is hosted
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which also provides network protection. Cloudflare processes the technical data of visits as a data processor, under its own privacy policy and with the safeguards required for transferring data outside the European Union.
Cookies
The website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party cookies. No videos, maps or social media buttons are embedded in its pages: links to Google Maps, Airbnb and Instagram open in a new tab, where those services’ own policies apply.
The only thing stored in your browser is a technical note that remembers you closed the cookie notice, so that it is not shown again. It contains no personal data, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings. Technical tools of this kind do not require consent.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to know what data of yours we hold, to correct it, to erase it or to restrict its use, and you can object to its processing (Articles 15–22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR). A WhatsApp message is all it takes.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), garanteprivacy.it.
